European Women in Mathematics

European Women in Mathematics is an international association of women working in the field of mathematics. The organization was founded in 1986 and has its office in Turku, Finland.

Our aims are:

to encourage women to study mathematics.
to support women in their careers.
to provide a meeting place for like-minded people.
to promote scientific communication.
to cooperate with groups and organizations with similar goals.
to gather and provide information on women in mathematics.
